An applicant’s information may be shared with the Legal Department, Accounting Department, and Advisory Board of a third party providing consulting services as part of our due diligence team. If an applicant does not wish this information disclosed, they must notify the Privacy Officer in writing as described in the section titled “Contact Information” below.

Bajio Mexican Grill will not collect applicants Personal Information, unless the applicant contacts Bajio Mexican Grill directly.
