How do I go about selecting a location?
Bajio knows that a great location is probably the most important decision that you will make. We have a development agent that will answer any questions and also provide you with a local real estate agent in your area. Bajio has a site requirement package and site survey that we provide you with, so that you can make this decision properly. After a location is selected, Bajio will help you with negotiation of your lease.

Bajio uses its leverage to negotiate fair pricing for all franchisees. We are continually shopping our products to ensure quality and price. We provide you with a list of approved vendors and information about our products that we use.

Are there multi-unit opportunities available if I want to own more than one Bajio?
We encourage you to want to open several, but we also encourage you to take your time and not rush the expansion process.
What profit or rate of return can I expect from my Bajio restaurant?
Federal and State law prevent us from making earnings claims except within certain parameters. The California Department of Corporations, other states, and the Federal Trade Commission regulate franchising and prohibit making any earning claims, unless it is included in Item 19 of the UFOC.
Do I have to purchase all items needed for my Bajio from Bajio?
While we are not a vendor, we do require you to purchase items from our approved vendors. We have worked very hard to find appropriate vendors that can handle out growth, but mostly we have developed relationships with these vendors that allow our franchisees to save in many different areas, from equipment and décor to daily food items.
